An antique brooch in the shape of leaves, made of silver and gold and set with white diamonds.

The brooch is made of silver on 14K red gold, and is set with 3 large diamonds in an old-cut with a total weight of about 0.60 carats, about 2.50 carats of Brilliant diamonds on the leaves, and a pearl, apparently natural, with a diameter of 6.5X7.5 mm.
