The brooch is made of silver on 14K red gold, and set with 3 large diamonds in an old-cut with a total weight of about 0.60 carats, about 2.50 carats of brilliant diamonds on the leaves, and an apparently natural pearl with a diameter of 6.5X7.5 mm
