EXCEPTIONAL LARGE FRENCH BLUE PORCELAIN AND ORMOLU MOUNTED VASE CIRCA 1850

An exceptional large French cobalt blue porcelain vase with ormolu trim, handles, base and decorative floral swangs. Each swang drops and are tied with ormolu bows at the neck. Each side has a face portrait underneath each handle. The floral sags consists of leaves and roses all in a medium toned gold. The contrast between the gold and the blue is very rich looking.
